Source License
Toneveld Sources are made to be used. This license applies to both purchased Source packs and free selections unless a specific Source states otherwise.
You can
- Use the sounds in your own music, records, film, television, games, podcasts, installations, performances, advertising, social media and other audiovisual work.
- Edit, cut, layer, process, resample and transform the sounds in any way you like.
- Release, distribute and monetize finished creative work containing the sounds.
- Use the sounds inside your own private instruments, samplers or processing systems when creating your work.
No additional royalties are due to Toneveld for these uses and attribution is not required.
You can't
- Resell, redistribute, share or make the original Toneveld source files available to others, whether individually or as a collection.
- Include the source files in another sample pack, sound library, preset library, instrument, software product or similar product intended for distribution or sale.
- Upload or distribute the source files as standalone assets, even if they have been renamed, lightly edited or converted to another format.
- Claim ownership or copyright in the original Toneveld recordings themselves.
Free selections
Free Toneveld Source selections are covered by the same usage terms as purchased Source packs. They may be used commercially without additional permission or attribution.
Ownership
Downloading or purchasing a Toneveld Source gives you a non-exclusive license to use the sounds under these terms. It does not transfer ownership or copyright in the original recordings.
Copyright in the original recordings remains with Toneveld and/or the applicable original rights holder.
About royalty-free use
“Royalty-free” means that you do not owe Toneveld additional usage fees or royalties when you use the sounds in permitted finished creative work. It does not mean that the original source recordings are copyright-free or in the public domain.
